Pour a tablespoon into a foot bath or container (big enough for your feet) and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.  I always recommend a cup of tea or glass of wine....and relax!- soaks

Colors may differ as these are hand made in small batches.  Each jar contains enough for  8-10 soaks.
